MARVIN, Frank H., a Representative from Tioga County; born, November 29, 1860 in Covington Township, Tioga County, Pa.; attended, Mansfield Normal School (now Commonwealth University of Pennsylvania); attended, Mansfield Business College; school teacher; meat and cattle business proprietor; elected, delegate, Republican State Convention; chair and secretary, Tioga County Republican Committee; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representative to the 1915 and 1917 terms; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1919 term; died, October 14, 1951 in Mansfield, Tioga County, Pennsylvania; interred, Wellsboro Cemetery, Wellsboro, Tioga County, Pennsylvania.
