MANGAN, William James, a Representative from Allegheny County; born, July 31, 1876 in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pa.; employed, glass factory; water boy, freight brakeman and conductor, Pennsylvania Railroad Co. (1890-1914); engaged, newspaper business; elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1914; reelected to the House for 5 more consecutive terms; died while in office, February 28, 1926 in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania; interred, Saint Michael's Cemetery, Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
