LOWE, Lester L., a Representative from Westmoreland County; born in 1855; clerk; contractor; elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as Democrat in 1910; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House (1912, 1914); proprietor, Lowe and Haller Contractors Lumber Company; proprietor, Mt. Pleasant Lumber and Supply Company; died, February 24, 1936 in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania; interred, Saint Clair Cemetery, Greensburg, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania.
