LINDSAY, Fred Babcock, a Representative from Wyoming County; born in Brooklyn, Susquehanna County, Pa., October 4, 1865; graduated, Keystone Academy; teacher; contractor; appointed, mercantile appraiser, Wyoming County; elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a Republican in 1910; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House (1912); died, October 12, 1959 in Binghamton, Broome County, New York; interred, Evergreen Woodlawn Cemetery, Factoryville, Wyoming County, Pennsylvania.
