KIRKBRIDE, Charles E., a Representative from Allegheny County; born, 1860, in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pa.; attended, Mansfield Academy; engaged in the hardware and building supply business; coal businessman; member, executive committee, Allegheny County Republican Committee; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives by Special Election, January 9, 1906 to serve the remaining 1905 term; Sworn-In, January 15, 1906; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1907 term; died, February 21, 1928 in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania; interred, Chartiers Cemetery, Carnegie, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
