KIRBY, Edwin J., a Representative from Allegheny County, born, April 14, 1869 in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pa.; attended, St. Vincent’s College; school director (1894-1898); elected, central board of education, Pittsburgh (1898-1911); elected as a Fusion Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1906; reelected to the House as a Democrat in 1908; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1910).
