KERN, William H., a Representative from Montgomery County; born in Trumbauersville, Bucks County, Pa., April 26, 1863; attended, Sumneytown Academy; attended, Perkiomen Seminary; teacher (27 years); school principal (22 years); insurer; elected, council, Red Hill Borough; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1911 and 1913 terms; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1915 term; died, July 13, 1934; interred, Saint Paul’s Lutheran Cemetery, Red Hill, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
