KERBAUGH, William Chester, a Representative from Luzerne County; born in Riegelsville, Bucks County, Pa., September 27, 1858; coal miner; manager, general merchandise department, Stout Coal Company; agent, coal and timber lands; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives to the 1909 term; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1911 term; elected, assessor, Hazelton; died, January 25, 1940 in Hazleton, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania; interred, Vine Street Cemetery, Hazleton, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania.
