Will, a Representative from Centre County; born in Petroleum Center, Venango County, Pa., August 7, 1873; graduated, Chamberlin Institute; editor, National Democrat, Tionesta (4 years); farmer; unsuccessful campaign, Pennsylvania House of Representatives (1900); elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1902; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House (1904); division chief, United States Internal Revenue Service; tax department, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania; elected, justice of the peace; died, December 23, 1958 in Pine Grove Mills, Centre County, Pennsylvania; interred, Pine Grove Mills Cemetery, Pine Grove Mills, Centre County, Pennsylvania.
