KELLY, Clifton L., a Representative from Allegheny County; born, September 24, 1879 in McKeesport, Allegheny County, Pa.; engaged, agricultural supply business; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1921, 1923, and 1925 terms; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House for the 1927 term; died, February 7, 1959; interred, Mount Vernon Cemetery, Elizabeth, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
