IRWIN, William Hamilton, a Representative from Blair County; born in Hollidaysburg, Blair County, Pa., September 8, 1856; clerk; real estate and insurance agent; appointed, deputy register of wills and recorder of deeds, Blair County (1890-1895); elected, register of wills and recorder of deeds, Blair County (1896-1902); elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1903, 1905, and 1907 terms; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1909 term; died, July 19, 1918 in Altoona, Blair County, Pennsylvania; interred, Fairview Cemetery, Altoona, Blair County, Pennsylvania.
