IRWIN, Harry Harkness, a Representative from Blair County; born in Laneville, Armstrong County, Pa., May 25, 1874; engineer, Pennsylvania Railroad Company (20 years); vocalist; elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a Republican/Washington Party candidate in 1912; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1914); died, May 25, 1917 in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania; interred, Oak Ridge Cemetery, Altoona, Blair County, Pennsylvania.
