INGHAM, Frank Horton, a Representative from Sullivan County; born in Laporte, Sullivan County, Pa., March 19, 1862; graduated, Mansfield Normal School (now Commonwealth University of Pennsylvania); graduated, Cornell University School of Law; lawyer; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives to the 1919 term; died while in office, July 18, 1919 in Laporte, Sullivan County, Pennsylvania; interred, Mountain Ash Cemetery, Laporte, Sullivan County, Pennsylvania.
