HORMELL, Harry Grant, a Representative from Fayette County; born, December 3, 1872 in East Bethlehem Township, Washington County, Pa.; attended, Chalfant’s Business College; proprietor and manager, general store; elected, council, South Brownsville; elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a Republican in 1910; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1912); member, Fayette County Republican Committee; elected, burgess, South Brownsville; died, December 31, 1941 in Somerset, Somerset County, Pennsylvania; interred, Hill Grove Cemetery, Connellsville, Fayette County, Pennsylvania.
