HEATH, William H., a Representative from Allegheny County; born in Greenock, Allegheny County, Pa., August 29, 1866; attended public schools in Allegheny County; carpenter (1884-1895); building contractor; proprietor, lumber supply business; auditor and clerk, Elizabeth Township (4 years); member, Allegheny County Republican Committee; elected, delegate, Republican State Convention (1904); elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1906; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1908); unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House (1910); assistant postmaster, Pennsylvania House of Representatives (1917-1927); died, May 31, 1941 in Elizabeth, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania; interred, Mount Vernon Cemetery, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
