HAMILTON, Jacob, a Representative from Montgomery County; born in Conshohocken, Montgomery County, Pa., November 13, 1874; president and general manager, Conshohocken Iron and Steel Company; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1918; not a candidate for reelection to the House in the 1920 General election; elected, sheriff, Montgomery County (1920-1923); co-owner, Alexander Hamilton Glass Company (1925-1932); died, September 17, 1932; interred, St. Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church Cemetery, Lafayette Hill, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
