GRAHAM, Harry Clay, a Representative from Chester County; born in Morgantown, Berks County, Pa., October 4, 1861; butcher; livestock dealer; town clerk, Upper Uwchlan Township (1890-1900); town clerk, Uwchlan Township (1901-1911); elected, prothonotary, Chester County (1905-1909); elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1917 and 1919 terms; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1921 term; died, November 30, 1925 in Phoenixville, Chester County, Pennsylvania; interred, Morris Cemetery, Phoenixville, Chester County, Pennsylvania.
