FRAZIER, Clarence Donaldson, a Representative from Beaver County; born, Beaver Falls, Beaver County, Pennsylvania on September 23, 1890; graduated, horticulture, Pennsylvania State (University) College, 1915; attended, civil engineering, Carnegie Institute of Technology; second lieutenant, Battery C, 323rd Light Field Artillery, 32nd Division, United States Army (1917-1919, World War I); surveyor, Pennsylvania and Lake Erie Rail Road; surveyor, Pennsylvania State Highway Department; elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a Republican in 1922; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1924); died, January 21, 1961 in Beaver Falls, Beaver County, Pennsylvania; interred, Beaver Falls Cemetery and Mausoleum, Beaver Falls, Beaver County, Pennsylvania.
