FOX, Arthur R. B., a Representative from Philadelphia County; born, October 1, 1871 in Cedarville, Cumberland County, NJ; sergeant, Company B, Philadelphia Home Defense Reserves (World War I); steamboat operator, Delaware River Navigation; Deputy State Oil Inspector, Philadelphia (1904-1911); employed, Valvoline Oil Company (1912-1932); elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1919 term; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House for the 1921 term; died, February 19, 1937 in Norristown, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
