FOSTER, Jesse Doan, a Representative from Bucks County; born in Buckingham, Bucks County, Pa., July 17, 1878; attended, Hughesian High School; graduated, United States College of Veterinary Surgeons, 1903; telegrapher; painter and decorator; veterinarian; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1913 term; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House for the 1915 term; died, February 25, 1934 in Newtown, Bucks County, Pennsylvania; interred, Forest Grove Cemetery, Forest Grove, Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
