FLOTO, William H., a Representative from Somerset County; born, February 29, 1860 in Johnstown, Cambria County, Pa.; proprietor, Floto Bros., cigar business; elected, burgess, Meyersdale (1897); appointed, justice of the peace (1901); United States Patent holder, wrench (1906); elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a Republican in 1908; not a candidate for reelection to the House in the 1910 General election; employed, Goodyear Rubber Company (1913-1916); died, July 28, 1916 in Akron, Summit County, Ohio; interred, Union Cemetery, Meyersdale, Somerset County, Pennsylvania.
