EVANS, Frank D., a Representative from Allegheny County; born, June 15, 1896 in Carrick, Allegheny County, Pa.; attended, Duff’s Business College and Martin’s Business School; employed, Controller’s office, Allegheny County; elected to the House of Representatives as a Republican in 1924 and 1926; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House (1928); died, June 6, 1935 in Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, Ohio; interred, Southside Cemetery, Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
