ERDLEY, George Alfred, a Representative from Snyder County; born, February 16, 1882 in Middlecreek Township, Snyder County, Pa.; graduated, Susquehanna University; mercantile businessman; engaged, lumber and real estate business; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives  in1926 and 1928; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1930); unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House (1932); died, February 5, 1951 in Middlecreek Township, Snyder County, Pennsylvania; interred, Glendale Cemetery, Middleburg, Snyder County, Pennsylvania.
