DYER, Albert L., a Representative from Sullivan County; born in New Era, Bradford County, Pa., February 13, 1868; graduated, Susquehanna Collegiate Institute; superintendent, saw mill; owner, hardware store; operator, meat and livery business; constable, Sullivan County; road commissioner, Sullivan County; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives to the 1903 term; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1905 term; elected, associate judge, Sullivan County; died, June 20, 1944 in Sayre, Bradford County, Pennsylvania; interred, Fairview Cemetery, Dushore, Sullivan County, Pennsylvania.
