DRIGGS, Charles M., a Representative from Bradford County; born in Kidder Township, Carbon County, Pa., June 24, 1860; graduated, Columbia University, pharmaceutical department, 1881; operated retail drug store (1881-1911); employed, insurance business (1911-1923); appointed, Deputy Collector, Internal Revenue Service, United States Federal Government (1917-1922); elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives to the 1923 term; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1924); died, February 13, 1931 in Sayre, Bradford County, Pennsylvania.
