DOUTHETT, Adam M., a Representative from Butler County; born in Forward Township, Butler County, Pa. September 15, 1864; attended, Witherspoon Institute, Butler; farmer; public school teacher (7 years); engaged in general mercantile business; elected, auditor, Butler County (1891-1894), elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives to serve the 1903 term; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1905 term; died, January 9, 1946 in Butler, Butler County, Pennsylvania; interred, Brownsdale Cemetery, Brownsdale, Butler County, Pennsylvania.
