DONNELL, Cleveland Youngblood, a Representative from Venango County; born in Hartstown, Crawford County, Pa., June 24, 1873; attended, Northwest State Normal School (now Pennsylvania Western University, Edinboro); attended, Welch’s Business College; teacher (12 years); engaged in construction work (20 years); elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1925 term and reelected to the 1927 and 1929 terms; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1931 term; died, July 21, 1940 in Kennard, Mercer County, Pennsylvania; interred, Fairview Cemetery, Pleasantville, Venango County, Pennsylvania.
