DELL, James Geary, a Representative from Huntingdon County; born in Cass Township, Huntingdon County, Pa., October 11, 1866; attended, Orbisonia Normal School; attended, Wooster University; M.Ed., Juniata College, 1904; carpenter; teacher (16 years); school principal; school superintendent, Huntingdon County (12 years); farmer; superintendent, Huntingdon Water Works (1913-1949); elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1915 and 1917 terms; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1919 term; president, The Grange Trust Company (1931-1955; director, 1931-1944); died, December 17, 1956 in Huntingdon, Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania; interred, Bowman’s Chapel Cemetery, Latta Grove, Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania.
