DALE, Richard T., a Representative from Westmoreland County; born, 1880 in England; attended, Southwestern Normal School (now Pennsylvania Western University, California); coal miner; butcher (1902-1913); traveling salesman (1 year); elected, council, Monessen (1912-1916); elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a Republican in 1916; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1918); Ford automobile dealer; died, June 25, 1928 in New Eagle, Washington County, Pennsylvania; interred, Mount Auburn Cemetery, Fayette City, Fayette County, Pennsylvania.
