CURRAN, David M., a Representative from Washington County; born, January 20, 1871 in Washington, Washington County, Pa.; private, Company H, 10th Regiment, Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry (1898-1899, Spanish-American War); building contractor; elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a Republican in 1918 and 1920; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House (1922); investigator, Pennsylvania Department of Revenue; investigator, Pennsylvania Treasury; died, September 25, 1940 in O'Hara Township, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania; interred, Old Immaculate Conception Catholic Cemetery, Washington, Washington County, Pennsylvania.
