CRONE, Wesley F., a Representative from Schuylkill County; born in Hegins Township, Schuylkill County, Pa., May 28, 1863; coal miner; teacher; transcribing clerk, commissioners’ office, Schuylkill County; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1902; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1904); appointed, mercantile appraiser, Schuylkill County (1903); elected, commissioner, Schuylkill County (1909-1912); bridge inspector, Schuylkill County (1917); unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House (1936); died, December 9, 1956 in North Manheim Township, Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania; interred, Donaldson Community Cemetery, Frailey, Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania.
