COOPER, Albert. F., a Representative from Indiana County; born, April 18, 1855 in Clarion, Clarion County, Pa.; attended New Bethlehem School; manager, Homer City Poultry Farm; founder, Prairie State Incubator Company; elected, president, school board, Homer City Public Schools; elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a Republican in the 1902 General election; reelected in 1904; appointed, Commission to Prepare for the Louisiana Purchase Exhibition (1902-1903); not a candidate for reelection to the House (1906); engaged in real estate; died, June 12, 1931 in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania; interred, Oakdale Cemetery, Oakdale, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
