COOK, Lawrence B., a Representative from Allegheny County; born, September 27, 1870 in Cookport, Indiana County, Pa.; teacher; lawyer (1892-1945); elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1903, 1905, and 1907 terms; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1908); died, March 31, 1945 in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania; interred, South Side Cemetery, Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
