CLEMENTS, Noble, a Representative from Northumberland County; born in Lansford, Carbon County, Pa., September 7, 1874; coal miner; brakeman and conductor, Philadelphia and Reading Railroad (42 years); elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives to the 1917and 1919 terms; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1921 term; unsuccessful campaign, register and recorder, Northumberland County (1921); died, July 16, 1944 in Coal Township, Northumberland County, Pennsylvania ; interred, Shamokin Cemetery, Shamokin, Northumberland County, Pennsylvania.
