Sidney Vinton, a Representative from Venango County; born in Barkeyville, Venango County, Pa., July 28, 1875; attended, Central Pennsylvania College; pastor; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1931 term; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House for the 1933 term; died, January 13, 1951 in Johnstown, Cambria County, Pennsylvania; interred, Richland Cemetery, Geistown, Cambria County, Pennsylvania.
