CAMPBELL, Theodore, a Representative from Philadelphia County; born, January 11, 1866 in Daretown, Salem County, NJ; graduated, Philadelphia College of Pharmacy, 1892; pharmacist; member, 34th Ward Republican Committee (8 years); elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1908; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House (1910, 1912); reelected to the House in 1914, 1916, 1918 and 1920; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1922); member, 34th Ward School Board (9 years); trustee, Philadelphia College of Pharmacy; died, May 1, 1928 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania; interred, West Laurel Hill Cemetery, Bala Cynwyd, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
