BURNS, Richard David, a Representative from Philadelphia County; born in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pa., December 20, 1876; heating and plumbing contractor; elected, city council, Philadelphia (1918-1920); elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives to the 1921 and 1923 terms; reelected to the House for the 1927, 1929 and 1931 terms; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1925 or 1933 terms; died, January 27, 1945 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania; interred, Westminster Cemetery, Bala Cynwyd, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
