BRUMBAUGH, Horace Atlee, a Representative from Blair County; born in Morris Cove, Bedford County, Pa., October 10, 1874; B.E., Juniata College, 1901; teacher; mail carrier (5 years); assistant principal, Roaring Spring School; principal, Juniata High School (1 year); principal, Logan School (2 years); principal, Llyswen School (1 year); principal, Taylor Township High School (4 years); dealer, agricultural implements; contributor, The Inglenook; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1915 and 1917 terms; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1919 term; died, April 4, 1963 in Pennsylvania; interred, Alto Reste Burial Park, Altoona, Blair County, Pennsylvania.
