BLELOCH, Edgar K., a Representative from Philadelphia County; born, June 27, 1879 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pa.; attended, Jefferson High School, Chicago; graduated, law, Temple University, 1905; employed, Title and Trust Department, Columbia Avenue Trust Company; employed, Land Title and Trust Company; lawyer; title and trust officer, Federal Trust Company of Philadelphia; elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a Washington Republican in 1912; died while in office, September 1, 1913 near Island Heights, Ocean County, New Jersey.
