BLAIR, Dr. Walter Allen, a Representative from Cambria County; born in Arnot, Tioga County, Pa., January 8, 1875; attended, Mansfield Normal School (now Commonwealth University of Pennsylvania); attended, The Pennsylvania State College (now The Pennsylvania State University); M.D., Medico-Chirurgical College (now University of Pennsylvania, School of Medicine), 1903; physician; surgeon, Spangler Hospital; physician, Barnes and Tucker Coal Company; physician, Duncan Coal Company; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1912; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1914); elected, Patton School Board (6 years); died, March 20, 1944 in Spangler, Cambria County, Pennsylvania; interred, Lloyd Cemetery, Ebensburg, Cambria County, Pennsylvania.
