BILLMAN, Edward William, a Representative from Berks County; born in Bern Township, Berks County, Pa., January 9, 1885; attended, Reading Academy; graduated, Keystone State Normal School (now Kutztown University of Pennsylvania), 1905; teacher (7 years); high school principal (5 years); director and secretary, Sanitary Casket Protector Company; manufacturer, Sanitary Automatic Dumb Waiter; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1911 term; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House for the 1913 term; traveling salesman, Fairmount Creamery Company; died, April 15, 1963 in Baltimore, Maryland; interred, Eplers Church Cemetery, Leesport, Berks County, Pennsylvania.
