BEYER, Frederick, a Representative from Philadelphia County; born in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pa., November 11, 1875; LL.B., University of Pennsylvania Law School, 1896; served, United States Army (1917-1918, World War I); Eastern Judicial District, Draft Board, Legal Advisory Board, Division 34 (1918, World War I); lawyer; assistant city solicitor, Philadelphia (1905-1910, 1914-1915, 1918); elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives to the 1915 and 1917 terms; resigned from the House, February 8, 1916; reelected to the House for the 1931 term; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1932); member, 43rd Ward Republican Committee; died, August 8, 1954 in Wildwood Crest, Cape May County, New Jersey.
