BARKER, Thomas Henry, a Representative from Montgomery County; born, November 12, 1849 in Todd Morton, Delaware County, Pa.; woolen carpet and cloaking yarn manufacturer, Booth and Brother; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1896 and 1900; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House (1898); not a candidate for reelection to the House (1902).
