BALDRIGE, Carl Clifford, a Representative from Allegheny County; born, Braddock Township, Allegheny County, Pa. on December 17, 1880; graduated, Braddock High School, 1898; attended, Duffs’ Business College (Everest Institute); A.B., Grove City College, 1901; attended, University of Pittsburgh Law School; lawyer; borough solicitor, North Braddock (1907-1914); elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a Republican in 1916; reelected to the House in 1918, 1926, 1928, and 1930; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1932); unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House (1920); died, July 1, 1949 in Edgewood, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania; interred, Monongahela Cemetery, Braddock Hills, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
