BALDI, Joseph Fioravanti M., II, a Representative from Philadelphia County; born, May 11, 1893 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pa.; graduated, Boys Central High School, 1912; B.S., economics, Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, 1916; attended, University of Pennsylvania Law School; first lieutenant, United States Army (1917-1918, World War I); attorney; prison inspector, Philadelphia County (1923-1924); elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives to the 1929 and 1931 terms; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1933 term; died, November 23, 1970 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania; interred, Westminster Cemetery, Bala Cynwyd, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
