BAILY, Norman, a Representative from Chester County; born on February 7, 1883 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pa.; graduated, Christiana High School, 1902; graduated, West Chester Normal School (now West Chester University of Pennsylvania), 1905; engaged in the retail and wholesale hardware business; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1927 and 1929 terms; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1931 term; died, August 18, 1963 in Concord Township, Delaware County, Pennsylvania; interred, Sadsbury Friends Burial Ground, Christiana, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
