(1887-1891); elected, delegate, Republican National Convention (1892); assistant city solicitor, Philadelphia (1916-1920); elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1920 and 1922; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1924); Assistant District Attorney, Philadelphia (1928-1932); chair, 30th Ward Republican Committee (1932-1934); Deputy Auditor General, Pennsylvania Auditor General’s office (1932-1937); president, Keystone Bank; chair, board of directors, Downingtown Industrial School; founder and trustee, Mercy Hospital; died, September 8, 1941 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania; interred, Eden Cemetery, Collingdale, Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
