ARON, Max, a Representative from Philadelphia County; born, October 15, 1885 in Russia; graduated, Central High School, 1903; graduated, University of Pennsylvania, 1907; lawyer (1907-1950); assistant city solicitor, Philadelphia (1910-1912); elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in a Special Election, March 28, 1913; Sworn-In, March 31, 1913 to serve the remaining 1913 term; reelected to the House to serve the 1915, 1917 and 1919 terms; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1920); elected, Pennsylvania State Senate (1921-1937); unsuccessful campaign for reelction to the Senate (1936); died, February 2, 1950 in West Palm Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida; interred, Roosevelt Memorial Park, Trevose, Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
