ANDREWS, Truman Othello, a Representative from Erie County; born, Atlantic, Crawford County, Pa., on April 8, 1876; attended, Jamestown Seminary; attended, Slippery Rock State Normal School (now Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania); attended, Allegheny College; school teacher (1896-1898); proprietor, Andrews Realty Company (1898-1908); lawyer (1900-1951); director, manufacturing corporations, Erie; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1904; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1906); proprietor and president, Andrews Land Corporation (1908-1951); member, board of governors, Perry Highway Association, Erie (1917); died, April 5, 1951 in Erie, Erie County, Pennsylvania; interred, Lakeside Cemetery, Erie, Erie County, Pennsylvania.
