PAINTER, Mark, a Representative from Montgomery County; born in Stowe, Montgomery County, Pa, August 3, 1957; graduated, Pottsgrove High School, 1974; B.S.E., electrical engineering, University of Pennsylvania, 1978; J.D., University of Pennsylvania; chaplain, United States Army Reserves; lawyer; elected, tax collector, Limerick Township (1998-2012); unsuccessful campaign, Pennsylvania House of Representatives (2010); elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 2012; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House (2014).
